Heading either north or south on the A19, take the turning off for Wessington Way (A1231) leading in to Sunderland. Follow this road heading past the Stadium of Light, and you will eventually reach a large roundabout.

Take the second major exit from the roundabout. You are now on Roker Avenue, Hi Performance is located opposite Kwikfit.
